Guidelines for filing a claim:
- Depending on the issue, and to expedite the claim, you may be asked for evidence of the defect through a photograph or short video.
- Proof of purchase showing the item was purchased in NEW condition from an authorized reseller is required for all warranty claims.
- Shipping charges may apply when filing a warranty claim.
- Please allow 3 to 5 days for your claim to be reviewed and approved.
A note about unauthorized sellers:
While you can purchase Pelican cases that come with the Case-Mate limited warranty on Amazon.com, many sellers on the Amazon site are not authorized sellers and do not provide the limited warranty. Only Case-Mate and Amazon itself are authorized to sell products that qualify for the limited warranty on Amazon.com. Case-Mate does not authorize any of its other sellers to sell Case-Mate products on Amazon, eBay, or any other not approved marketplace websites. Case-Mate does not offer its warranty, refunds, or credits on products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
